It happens to the best of us.
I dunno depends on whoever did this. If it's some kind of virus...a glitch in Yggdrasil's systems it'll be about a week.
As for clothes I'm not sure I can help you...I'm just wearing my usual and a bra. The other girls around the Inns are pretty helpful though.
